Called to ask a few questions about my plan since our dentist seemed clueless and said we could NEVER use our plan with our current Medicare insurance! They were were wrong of course! Rep explained how it all could be done. Very professional and friendly too

My experience was amazingly pleasant. I reviewed your Employee, Victoria A. , on the last page. I stand firm on that review. She is amazing and I hope that you take time to notice her. All to often valuable employees are overlooked for one reason or another but she is gold to your company as a CSR. I have high hope that someone reading this will keep Victoria in line for a promotion or better yet put her in charge of training....you would be doing your Supervisor a big favor if you made the suggestion. She made your Company look outstanding. If I still had my business ( a small Insurance Agency, so you know I know a good CSR on the rare occassions that one comes along) I would do everything in my power to steal her away from you!! I called in to renew and update my annual dental plan and the rep handled everything extremely well plus gave me a discount and an extension on the renewal.
